Pipeline View (Pview) — universal log analysis software was developed for GAZPROM pipeline in-line inspection services. Up to now was used to inspect and analyze more than 20,000 kilometers of Russia gas pipelines.
Main features
Universal — can work with 6 types of corrosion and 2 types of profile inspection tools.
Main view — Pseudo Color Data View (1). For this display method, the flux leakage amplitude is assigned a color. Analyst controls color classification of internal shape data (color scale 4) and can rotate (orientation view 2) and scale view for the best perspective on potential defects or anomalies. Very fast axial rolling. Additional distance scale with vertical cursor (2) helps to determine distance accurately. Additional analysis tools — velocity strip (6) and sensor strip (7) are synchronized with pseudo color view. Sensor strip has two vertical cursors A and B and on-line table (8) with current positions and differencies between cursors. Velocity strip give a possibility to determine time periods on screen. Special flaw strip (5) is used to label significant locations for ease of navigation.
Powerfull compare tools — synchronous view of different runs logs including profile run and corrosion run if needed.
Detail views — Pview tools enable data to be scaled, magnified, and enhanced with detail views in Pseudo color data view, strip chart data view and three-dimentional color wire-frame view. Pseudo-color detail data view is used to calculate metall loss percentage. For profile tools you can use additional views for dents and bends detection.
The Pipeline Inspection Database is specifically designed to meet your needs. You can view both main color view and database table view simultaineously and freely navigate from selected database record to corresponding disance in color view and back. Powerfull filters give you a possibility to control database table contents. Data can easily be filtered, sorted and exported in formats compatible with other databases.
Digital images of specific features, in a choice of formats, can be linked to raw inspection data and stored for future reference.
